recreation of the castle of horst in a 360-degree matte painting

This work was made for my graduation work at digital arts and entertainment. It is a recreation of how the Castle of Horst (Holsbeek) must have looked during the 17th century. I wanted to make it feel as if you were standing inside of a painting made during the dutch golden age. For this, I researched reconstruction both digital and physical, the dutch golden age, and of course the history of the castle itself.
